We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as NRIC numbers, health records or biometric data) through the Site. Please do not submit sensitive personal data via our contact form unless strictly necessary and with appropriate safeguards agreed in writing.

4. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data through:

  • Direct submission via our contact form at aigrowthagency.one/contact.php, which posts to our secure form handler (send.php).
  • Email, telephone and in-person communications at our Buona Vista studio or client offices.
  • Contract execution, proposals, statements of work and onboarding documents for growth programmes and retainers.
  • Automated technologies including cookies and similar tracking tools when you browse the Site, subject to your cookie preferences.
  • Publicly available professional information (e.g. LinkedIn profiles) where relevant to business development, used in compliance with PDPA notification and consent requirements.

5. Purposes of collection, use and disclosure

We collect, use and disclose personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to growth brief enquiries, programme requests and general inquiries submitted through the Site.
  • Scoping, delivering and administering funnel-led growth programmes, service layers and corporate retainers contracted with clients.
  • Managing client relationships, invoicing, accounts receivable and legal compliance obligations.
  • Improving the Site, analysing aggregated traffic patterns and maintaining security (where optional analytics cookies are consented to).
  • Sending service-related communications, programme updates and administrative notices.
  • Complying with applicable laws, regulations, court orders and requests from regulatory authorities in Singapore.
  • Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims where necessary.

We will not use your personal data for purposes incompatible with those described above without notifying you and, where required, obtaining fresh consent.

6. Legal basis and consent

Under the PDPA, we rely on one or more of the following bases: your consent (including the PDPA consent checkbox on our contact form); deemed consent by voluntary provision of data for a reasonably evident purpose; contractual necessity for delivering services you request; and legitimate interests such as Site security and fraud prevention, balanced against your data protection rights.

You may withdraw consent for marketing communications or optional cookie categories at any time by contacting us or adjusting cookie preferences on the Site. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, and may limit our ability to provide certain services.

7. Disclosure to third parties

We may disclose personal data to:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that store Site data and email systems under contractual data protection obligations.
  • Professional advisers including lawyers, accountants and auditors bound by confidentiality duties.
  • Subcontractors and freelancers engaged to deliver specific programme components under strict confidentiality and data handling agreements.
  • Analytics and marketing technology providers where you have consented to optional cookies (see Cookie Policy).
  • Government authorities, courts or law enforcement where required by Singapore law.

We do not sell personal data. We do not disclose personal data to growth-hacking bot vendors, purchased audience brokers or unrelated third parties for their independent marketing without consent.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps reasonably required under the PDPA to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including contractual clauses and vendor due diligence.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting and reporting requirements. Indicative retention periods:

  • Contact form enquiries not converted to clients: up to 24 months from last communication.
  • Client project and contract records: duration of engagement plus 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
  • Cookie consent records: 6 months (aligned with our cookie banner storage period).
  • Server logs and security records: up to 12 months unless required for incident investigation.

When personal data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data retention schedule.

9. Security measures

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. Measures include access controls limited to authorised personnel, encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the Site, secure form handling with honeypot spam protection and regular review of vendor security practices.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials we issue for client portals or shared workspaces.

10. Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to exceptions under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Request access to personal data about you that is in our possession or under our control.
  • Request correction of personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent, with effect going forward.
  • Request information about how your personal data has been used or disclosed within the preceding year (where applicable).

To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with sufficient detail to identify you and describe your request. We may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive access requests as permitted by law. We aim to respond within 30 days.

11. Children

The Site and our services are directed at business professionals and are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or social media channels. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing personal data.

13. AI and automated processing

We use generative AI tools internally to assist with research synthesis and draft content production. Personal data submitted in client projects may be processed through enterprise AI tools under contractual confidentiality terms. We do not use client personal data to train public AI models without explicit written agreement. Human strategists review AI-assisted outputs before client delivery.

14. Marketing communications

We may send programme updates or studio news to business contacts where permitted by law and, where required, with consent. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Service-related and transactional communications necessary to fulfil contracts are not marketing messages and cannot always be opted out of while an engagement is active.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology or our practices. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy where permitted by law.
