1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at aigrowthagency.one and its subpages (collectively, the “Site”), operated by AI Growth Agency Pte. Ltd. (“AI Growth Agency”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Singapore with UEN 202826739K and registered office at 1 Fusionopolis Link, #05-06, Nexus @ one-north, Singapore 138522.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, browsers and users of the Site.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site provides general information about AI Growth Agency’s funnel-led growth studio services, programmes, service layers, studio location in the Buona Vista and one-north district, and contact channels. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

Descriptions of programmes, indicative fee ranges, service layers and methodologies are summaries. Binding terms for professional services are set out in separate proposals, statements of work, master service agreements or retainer contracts executed between you and AI Growth Agency. In the event of conflict between Site content and a signed contract, the signed contract prevails.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

AI Growth Agency is a professional services growth studio. We do not guarantee specific business growth, revenue figures, lead volumes, conversion rates, follower counts, viral reach or return on investment. Marketing and growth outcomes depend on market conditions, budget allocation, creative execution, platform policies, competitive dynamics and audience response — factors outside our sole control.

We do not sell growth-hacking bots, engagement automation scripts, purchased followers, fake reviews or similar services. Any performance metrics, case references or illustrative examples on the Site are anonymised where shown and are not promises of future results. Our footer marketing disclaimer applies to all Site content.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layout, design elements and software — is owned by or licensed to AI Growth Agency and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of Singapore and international treaties. The “AI Growth Agency” name, AG logo and associated branding may not be used without our prior written consent.

You may view, download and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference provided you do not modify materials, remove proprietary notices or imply endorsement or affiliation. Any other reproduction, distribution, public display or derivative use requires our written permission.

Client-owned materials displayed in portfolio or case contexts remain the property of respective clients and are used with permission or in anonymised form.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in Singapore or your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, servers, form handlers or connected systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, scraping bots or other harmful code.
• Submit false, misleading or spam content through our contact form or honeypot fields.
• Harvest personal data of other users or engage in automated data collection without consent.
• Impersonate AI Growth Agency, our employees or other persons or entities.
• Frame, mirror or deep-link to the Site in a manner that misrepresents our brand or bypasses these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Site for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or poses security or legal risk.

6. Contact form and enquiries

Our contact form submits enquiries to AI Growth Agency for response by our studio team. Submission does not create a client relationship or contractual obligation until a formal proposal is accepted and, where applicable, fees are agreed. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to submit it.

PDPA consent is required on the contact form. See our Privacy Policy for how enquiry data is processed. Form submissions are subject to spam protection including honeypot fields; automated bot submissions may be silently discarded.

7. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to third-party websites, platforms or resources (including Google Fonts, social media profiles or analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy or completeness of Site content.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses. Indicative programme fees, timelines and deliverables described on the Site may change without notice and are not offers capable of acceptance through browsing alone.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Growth Agency Pte. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from Site use shall not exceed SGD 100, except where liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Growth Agency and its personnel from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site or violation of any third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties’ intent.

13. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any provision is effective only if in writing and signed by an authorised representative of AI Growth Agency.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Site with a new effective date. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
